Starter is $49/month for up to 100 active members, Community is $79/month for up to 250, Association is $139/month for up to 500, and Professional is $229/month for up to 2,000. Annual billing gives you 2 months free. Over 2,000 members, talk to us. Covey takes 0% of your dues and event payments.
Wild Apricot prices by contacts, so event guests and prospects in your database count toward your plan. Covey counts only active members. For the same number of people, every Covey plan costs less than Wild Apricot, whether you pay monthly or annually: 100 for $49 vs $66 a month, 250 for $79 vs $82, 500 for $139 vs $154, and 2,000 for $229 vs $265 (Wild Apricot prices checked September 30, 2026). Wild Apricot also adds a 20% Payment System Servicing Fee if a US or Canadian organization uses its own Stripe account. Covey doesn't.
