Seasonal registration
Season-long registration collects dues and the details you ask for (team, jersey size) in one flow. Add a required checkbox question if you need an acknowledgement; signed, stored waivers are not in Covey yet.

01 · What breaks today
The daily frustrations we actually fix.
- Registration forms hosted on a separate tool than dues collection
- Insurance waivers that live in a physical folder
- Team rosters that have to be manually rebuilt every season
- Family discounts that the software cannot model
02 · How sports clubs run on Covey
Four workflows that actually work.

Family memberships
Put the whole family on one household membership with one payer. Each player gets their own login and directory entry.

Rosters from your member list
Tag players by team and search People by tag to see a roster. Coach-only access is not in Covey yet.
w/04
Tryouts, camps, and tournaments
Registration with capacity, waitlists, and member pricing, and a cart for up to 10 events in one checkout.
03 · Things you're probably wondering
The questions we hear first.
Do you integrate with USA Cycling, USA Swimming, USSA?
Not directly. Export your members to CSV and send your governing body the columns it asks for.
Can coaches access only their team?
Not yet. Covey's admin roles are by job (events, website, email, read-only), not by team.
What about volunteers who help run events?
Give them the events-admin role: they can manage events and registrations and read the member directory, without access to billing or the website.
