Can national HQ see every chapter?
Not yet. Covey runs one organization per account; a national roll-up and chapter-scoped admin views are not built.
Can chapter dues differ from national dues?
Each chapter sets its own dues in its own account. Per-capita remittance to national is not automated.
What about national events?
National runs its own Covey account and its own events. Anyone can register, member or not.
