Most of our residents are not tech-savvy. Will this be too complex?
No. Covey is the platform residents use; the admin complexity sits with the board. Residents receive email and open links; that's the whole experience.
Our dues are $25/year. Does the math work?
Run the numbers first. 200 residents at $25 bring in $5,000 a year; Covey's Community plan (up to 250 active members) is $790 a year on annual billing, and Covey takes 0% of the dues themselves.
Can we run board elections online?
Not yet. Covey does not run ballots today; many associations pair Covey with a dedicated election tool.
