Does Covey handle both local chapter and national HQ needs?
Not in one account. Covey runs one organization per account, so each chapter runs its own. A national roll-up and chapter-scoped admin views are not built.
Can we track risk-management training?
Not yet. Covey does not track training or course completion.
What about Greek-specific terminology (Big/Little, families, pinning)?
Use custom fields for Big/Little, pledge class, and other chapter traditions.
